This was the first time I photographed a wedding at the ONE & ONLY Hotel. I was really impressed with this all in one wedding venue that offers great facilities for couples that come from far to have a destination wedding.
Ilze and Jonathan came all the way from the USA for their destination wedding. Ilze is originally from South Africa, but moved to the USA a few years ago. There she found her prince charming, Jonathan.
Ilze and Jonathan decided to do the photo session before the ceremony. they wanted to spend as much time as possible with their friends and family after the ceremony. We did a "first look" with them. I love these special moments.
This was the first time Ilze saw her wedding ring... totally loved her expressions.
I don't normally post photos of myself :-) But I actually like this photo.
A lot can be said about the way a woman looks at her man...
In a true South African way, the guys really gave it to Jonathan during his speech. In 10 years and more than 300 weddings, I have never seen such banter from guys at a wedding. Well done, boys :-)
